Tanglewood - the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Boston Pops - annually draws over 350,000 visitors to it's 500-acre campus in the Berkshires. In addition to the concerts of the BSO, there are weekly chamber music concerts, Prelude concerts and Open Rehearsals, the annual Festival of Contemporary Music, and almost daily concerts by the gifted young musicians of the Tanglewood Music Center. The Worcester Center for Crafts is a unique destination providing the largest regional visual arts gallery, a gallery gift store, and studios for contemporary American craft education.
The George and Anna Krikorian Gallery is over 2,200 square feet. It's mission is to exhibit prominent visual artists from around the United States, to educate and enrich the public about the nature crafts and craftmanship, and to encourage the use of hand made objects in daily life.
