This Summer, be inspired to craft a project of your own based on artifacts from the collection of Worcester Historical Museum, in Kids Crafternoons. Sessions are 10:00 AM-11:30 AM and are appropriate for ages 4-12. Advanced registration is required.
Our first Kids Crafternoons will focus on Norton pottery. Come and decorate terracotta pots inspired by Norton pottery. This pottery was known as the Tupperware of the 19th century and was used to store dry and preserved foods. Make a little tissue paper flower to go inside.
Each session is limited to 25 children. Adults must attend with a child. Seating is first-come-first-served, and the doors open at 10:00 AM.
Cost: Children: $2.00; Adults and members: Free
