August 10 - 12, 2012: The Bolton Fair is a traditional New England fair with animal exhibits and shows, crafts, artisans, entertainers, a midway, and a farmer's market. The fair was originally held in neighboring Bolton, but moved to its new location in Lancaster in 2004 to further expand the exhibits, booths and entertainment. The Bolton Fair draws attendees from all over New England and is one of the few remaining fairs to focus on agriculture and animals. Off season, the site is available for rent for outings and meetings.

Rentals of the facilities at Tower Hill Botanic Garden are offered for professional meetings, off-site business “retreats”, and other corporate functions. Rental rates are competitive and they offer a wide range of accommodations for groups of various sizes. The standard schedule for rental of meeting space is between the hours of 9am-5pm. Special arrangements can be made for rentals after regular
hours of operation. Rentals include the set-up of tables, chairs, lectern, screens and easels. Tower Hill is now WIFI internet connected to facilitate business communications.
