The Colonial has 112 guest rooms with 5 lavish suites. Their 4,700 sq.ft. ballroom accommodates up to 400 guests. Their courtyard tent is 3,200 sq.ft, and accommodates up to 300. They offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, a full service restaurant and outdoor patio dining. The restaurant is newly renovated, and holds approximately 200. They have an additional 5,000 sq.ft. of space including a game room, new indoor pool and Jacuzzi, sauna, locker rooms, workout facilities and spa services (massage, facials, make-up application, hair and nail services).

The Harding Allen Estate is a magnificent mansion operating as a B & B, restaurant, and banquet facility. The extraordinary collections of the Higgins Armory Museum span European Medieval and Renaissance history, with significant items from ancient Greece, Egypt, Turkey, and Japan. Kids and adults can learn the basics of swordplay, stand face-to-face with centuries of arms and armor, get a taste of castle life in the interactive “Castle Quest” and even learn to make their own shields. To complement Higgins’ vast collection, the museum is regularly developing new interactive exhibits.

Learning Center - The Higgins Armory Museum is among the world’s most important centers for the study of combat arts from the Middle Ages and Renaissance. The museum offers a range of classes that include the knightly long sword, rapier, dueling saber, staff weapons, and more. You can also study modern fencing, or take part in the museum’s world-class program of seminars and demonstration of lost martial arts, offered through the Higgins Armory Museum’s Academy of the Sword.

The Quinebaug Valley Council for the Arts and Humanities (QVCAH) is a non profit organization housed in the Historic "Grand Dame" Ammidown – Dresser mansion in downtown Southbridge - also known as "The Arts Center".  The Arts Center provides a place to perpetuate the arts and humanities for adults and children alike.  Gallery exhibits, lectures, workshops, classes, art classes, puppet shows, fashion, music and vibrant seasonal and annual events are offered to the public (most times for free or a nominal fee).

QVCAH also provides a home for the Gateway Players Theatre, Inc. which welcomes thousands of audience members each year to the Gateway Barn and they give local intergenerational talent, an opportunity to perform on stage. The Arts Center is a unique venue available for rent for meetings, functions, weddings or social gatherings.

The Southbridge Hotel & Conference Center recalls the charm and grace of earlier times, while including modern day advantages and luxuries. Nestled along the scenic Quinebaug River, the property provides a retreat-like setting for our guests to relax or prepare for meetings. A magnificent clock tower rises above the 100-year-old façade of the American Optical Company, which has been painstakingly preserved, to create a unique focal point. A living museum of plants, featuring a 3,000 square-foot Orangerie [greenhouse] filled with flowering subtropical plants, citrus and palm trees, seasonal displays, and special events. Distinctive gardens showcasing more than 350 varieties of trees and shrubs in the Lawn Garden alone, along with evergreens and fruiting plants, woodland trails, meadows, gift shop, library, café. Rentals of the facilities at Tower Hill Botanic Garden are offered for professional meetings, off-site business “retreats”, and other  corporate functions. Rental rates are competitive and they offer a wide range of accommodations for groups of various sizes. The standard schedule for rental of meeting space is between the hours of 9am-5pm. Special arrangements can be made for rentals after regular
hours of operation. Rentals include the set-up of tables, chairs, lectern, screens and easels. Tower Hill is now WIFI internet connected to facilitate business communications.

The Worcester Art Museum, which opened to the public in 1898, is world renowned for its 35,000+ piece collection of paintings, sculpture, decorative arts, photography, prints, drawings, and new media. Art celebrates life at the museum.
