Evo, American Dining Evolved, is the brand new dining concept brought to Worcester by sibling team Celeste and Albert Maykel. Located adjacent to Living Earth, EVO brings food to a whole new level. Some may hear the terms "organic" "vegan" or "gluten free" and think strange food, bean sprouts and wheat grass ... , but the menu is packed full of delicious home cooked foods that everyone will love, even the finikiest of eaters. The selection of food also include panini melts, kobe burgers, pizzas, wraps, salads, and a list of desserts for the sweetest tooth! Most of the menu selections can also be made to satisfy the vegan sensation as well as for those who must maintain a gluten-free diet. EVO also has a full bar. With six beers on tap, more in the bottle, and a wide array of organic wines, there is a beverage for everyone.
