Step back in time and see where clockmaking began in Central Massachusetts. Today the museum includes the 1718 homestead and original 1766 workshop of America's premiere 18th century clockmakers. Over 75 Willard clocks are displayed in period room settings, along with family portraits, furnishings, and other Willard family heirlooms. Also on display: 18th century clockmaking tools, Oriental rugs, 18th and 19th century firearms, 19th century children's toys and dolls, and Nipmuc Indian artifacts. Museum Shop includes new and antique clocks, horological books, novelties, and collectible glassware.
